Great little note taker

"I wanted to try out this pocket note system from Levenger, so I bought this model when it was on sale instead of spending more for the leather version. Overall, I like it, but I wish I had gone ahead and upgraded to the leather. It is a great size for quick notes, making it very convenient for slipping into a bag or keeping on your desk. If you like the idea of this product and enjoy Levenger's leather products, then I would suggest opting for the more premium version. However, you won't be disappointed if you find this one on sale or prefer non-leather products. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it is slightly less firm than I would like for taking notes (maybe that is different with the leather version?), especially when using my fountain pen. Pro tip: The cardboard backing that comes with the card sampler works great when inserted behind the writing surface section for support (see picture)."
