"I received this as a gift, and I truly can’t wait to begin using it. In this day and age, knowing only one language just doesn’t cut it, so I’m excited to start polishing up my second. And if all goes well, I may even pick up another set and begin working toward a third! If Europeans can master multiple languages, why can’t I? This gift feels like the perfect start to a lifelong journey of learning."

So this is just "the mechanics" of learning a language NOT a specific language? Like no instructions on learning Spanish for instance?
