Can a thin, spine-fold notebook be placed in the right side of the folio instead of a top-flip notebook?
we do not recommend using a notebook with this folio. A notebook will not work with the pen sleeve in the middle of the spine. The slip pocket opening acts more as a pocket.
How is the notepad secured? Is there a slit that you place the cardboard backing of the notepad into the folio? It looks like there is a piece of leather over the notepad.
Our Tyler Folios (and most folios) hold a Freeleaf on the right side. There is a “pocket” opening at the top for the cardboard Freeleaf backer to slide into. A strip of leather falls over the top binding section of the Freeleaf
