So if you’d like your True Writer to write differently, or if your nib gets damaged, it’s easy and inexpensive to replace nibs.  This expertly crafted, German-engineered bi-color fountain pen nib fits any of our True Writer® Classic fountain pens (available separately). This stainless steel nib's iridium tip helps ensure a smoother write. Available in Fine, Medium or Broad. Fine: Renders a line width of approximately 0.6 mm; ideal for calculations, editing and small writing. Medium: Renders a line width of approximately 0.8 mm; perfect for most longhand writing tasks. Broad: Renders a line width of approximately 1.0 mm; favored for document signing and calligraphy.

"I didn't try the , but the other two. . . I don't know what's wrong with ’em, but the ink doesn't want to get off the nib and onto the paper. You can _force_ it off, but it's like a baby bird that doesn't want to leave the nest. Result: lots and lots of "hard starts. " You want to write a capital M, but what you get is a capital N. I don't know what to make of this. My experience with Levenger nibs has not been like this at all. Older Levenger nibs (I don't know who makes ’em—Schmidt?) write like a dream."

Great Nibs!!!

"I wanted some back-up nibs for my True Writer Fountain Pens and found these very easily on the Levenger website. They were in stock at a reasonable price so I purchased two medium nibs. A change of stroke.

"I got this fine nib to replace the medium on my True Writer Create Herringbone fountain pen. There was nothing wrong with that nib, but I prefer a fine line when I write. To service the pen was exceedingly simple. Unscrew one nib and screw in the other, done. I also prefer the two toned color as compared to the stealth black men which can with the pen originally."
