"I had to contact customer support twice to help find what I was looking for and to be sure I was finding and ordering the right product. Then. . . It did not make ordering several of the refills easy. It didn't ask or give me the options of simply telling it I wanted 5 sets of 2. Just a thought about how to make it easy for your customers to buy more stuff. I really like the products. It's the ordering experience I find tedious."
"The notebooks are great! Excellent paper. The pad to place them in are just to heavy. I've had mine for years and will now sop using it. I've seen very light paper feel leather that would work really well with this notebook. Need to come up with a better cover. I will stop using mine for now and see how it works out for me without it."

I find that they do not take fountain pen ink well, though: the paper absorbs too much ink and bleeds through. But with mechanical pencil it is excellent: both sides of the paper can easily be utilized, though I prefer to use only one."
