Refund/Exchange Policy:
We hope that you love your Levenger purchase, but if you are not satisfied you may return/exchange eligible item(s) within 90 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in its original product packaging with a packing slip or accompanied by an order confirmation. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. All refunds/exchanges are issued within 7 — 10 business days of receipt. Returns are subject to an $8.95 return handling fee unless you choose our Checkout+ Free Returns service.

Add Checkout+ to enjoy 100% free returns on eligible products for a small fee. In the event of a return, we will provide you with a paid label to ship your product.
What is Checkout+? It’s an add-on purchased during checkout that grants free returns for the eligible items in your order. Customers pay a nominal fee at checkout which is added to their order total just like any other product or fee.
(Note: Personalized items, drop ship items, Final Clearance and Shopify Collective/Brand Partner products are excluded from Checkout+.)
Can I return items without purchasing Checkout+? Yes, returns are still possible through the usual process; however, standard handling fees apply if Checkout+ wasn’t purchased.

Defect Policy:
All Levenger brand products carry a one-year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship.

Furniture, Lighting & Luggage Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy on most furniture, lighting and luggage products. If you are not satisfied with your furniture or lighting selection, please contact our Customer Care Team within 30 days of purchase for a return authorization. You are responsible for paying the return shipping charges. All refunds are issued within 7–10 business days of receipt.
Canadian Customers:
In the event of tax refund due, customer authorizes Revenue Canada to forward to Levenger's agent any approved refund of duties and taxes. Levenger will be solely responsible for refunding the customer's duties and taxes. For any refunds/exchanges, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. All refunds are issued within 7–10 business days of receipt of your return.
International Orders:
For any refunds/exchanges, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. All refunds are issued within 7–10 business days of receipt of your return. You can return eligible item(s) within 30 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt is required.
