Not for fountain pens

"I have bought these cards several times over the years and they were nice quality that worked well with fountain pens. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. I bought the plain white 3x5 cards and they feather like crazy with my fountain pens. Such a disappointment. I emailed Levenger and they said their manufacturer may have changed. They offered me a refund which was nice but I wish they would go back to their old manufacturer as it’s nearly impossible to find cards that are fountain pens friendly."
