"I’m using this journal to track and monitor my health. The spaces per day are small, so just enough room for the key points. No editorials. I like that and it will be interesting for me to watch progress year over year. There is one page per day in the 365 day year, and each page is divided into five spaces, one per year. So when I get to next year I’ll loop back to the beginning of the book and see my entry for the previous year. Interesting."
