Chipped & papers/covers dont flip smoothly

"They are very pretty and look nice. Unfortunately, 2 of them arrived chipped. This is very disappointing considering how much I paid for the little plastic discs. The discs also seem to either be bit too thick or the inside is just not smooth, which causes the pages and covers to catch, making it hard to flip through the pages easily. I physically have to push down on the pages or the cover to get it to flip and sit correctly. I am also disappointed that the code for my first order was never sent so I didn't get the free shipping. I will continue to use these for a little bit, but the pages not sliding easily is very frustrating. So I don't know if I will continue to use these. I uploaded 2 pictures. The one with the red line shows the biggest chip. It is kind of hard to tell bc of the pattern."

Size didn't work well + poor return policy

"So disappointed in these. The 1. 5 size does not work well with my Circa notebooks - the page turning is not even close to as smooth as it is with the disc size shipped with the notebook. I would have exchanged for a smaller size because I love all of my other Levenger products but I felt so burned by the return policy. Having to pay for return shipping and a $9 rehandling fee seems excessive. I'll be buying accessories for my all three of my Levenger notebooks from third party sellers going forward."

Disappointed

"I usually never leave less than a 5 star review on anything Levenger, but the disks I received are so pale and washed out. I’m using them on an aqua circa and I also had plans for my lavender cover as well, but they barely show up. Having ordered the faerie pen, I’d expected more color on the disks. They still work very well and look ok, just not spectacular."
