"I bought two sets as presents but when I opened the box I found only the pens therein and no ink. I emailed customer service quoting the copy in the catalog description but they are still “looking into it. ” I am assuming that the email was written by a human and not a bot but I do have my doubts. This is far from what I have come to expect both in terms of customer service and attention to detail."
