"This reading lamp is perfect for the end of my couch in the living room where otherwise I would have had to have an ugly and potentially hazardous cord snaking across the floor to a distant electrical outlet. My only surprise (slight complaint) is that I thought the lamp would be taller. However, though shorter than expected, the adjustable light intensities and the flexibility of the neck allowing different positions mean that it’s the perfect light (and adequate height) for reading or tasks when seated."
