Shipping Problems

"I received my purchase 6 weeks late and had nothing but problems with FedEx, your shipper. In addition for paying $72 for expedited shipping and being advised that I would receive it by December 21, I have received an invoice from FedEx for $56. 56 for other border fees and GST. I have ordered in the past from Levenger but have never had the problems I had with this order. I will likely never order anything again from your company."

too big and bulky -

Slip pocket only good for a slip of paper

"The case is just about the right size, but the pockets are just too shallow (e.g., none of them are deep enough for my USB charger). The slip pocket is flat against the size and given the depth of the case side, it's virtually impossible to get anything substantial into it. The thing that looks like a snap in the photos is not - just a waste of usable space. No spots really suitable for storing tiny USB adapters. I would have returned it, but the cost of shipping it back makes it not worthwhile. I'll just have to figure out a way to adjust it to make it more useful."
