Some customers use this as their everyday desk, others enjoy it for special projects and love the versatility that allows it, as one customer wrote, to “appear or disappear as needed.” This sturdily constructed rolling desk has a generous work surface that includes 2 power outlets and 2 USB outlets for lighting and tech devices. Two screw mechanisms keep the desktop solidly secure, and it rolls easily over carpet, wood or tile floors, so you can move it where you like and get right to work. (Of course, the wheels are optional and can be removed if you find a permanent place for your desk.) Folds flat for storage under a bed or leaning in a closet—the legs collapse inward and the desktop folds down to a surprisingly slim 4 1/4" width.

We have no plans at this time to offer this in dark cherry.
Does it just depend on the desktop weight to keep the legs in place when set up?
No. The legs fit in bracket (attached to top) and there is a knob that is tighten to keep the legs/top in place regardless of weight.
Is this easy to assemble?
This item comes fully assembled; only casters need to be added.
