"I had to contact customer support twice to help find what I was looking for and to be sure I was finding and ordering the right product. Then. . . It did not make ordering several of the refills easy. It didn't ask or give me the options of simply telling it I wanted 5 sets of 2. Just a thought about how to make it easy for your customers to buy more stuff. I really like the products. It's the ordering experience I find tedious."

"The notebooks are great! Excellent paper. The pad to place them in are just to heavy. I've had mine for years and will now sop using it. I've seen very light paper feel leather that would work really well with this notebook. Need to come up with a better cover. I will stop using mine for now and see how it works out for me without it."

- I'm looking for the Notabilia with just straight lines across, with no perpendicular lines going from top to bottom on the side.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer the notabilia Notebooks without the margin line.
- Your site indicates these binders / tablets are 10" tall (item #ADS1880). However, the one in my hand is 10 1/4" (10.25"). For clarity, what is the typical size?

- These are not fountain pen friendly.
- Can you please consider adding more paper choices for your Stanley and Notabilia journals? I love the paper quality, but would like to be able to choose grid (especially), dot grid, or plain as well as lined. Thanks
