"I love this pen! One of my favorite turquoise-teal color, the turtle shell design and the stylish design of Retro 51. I bought it because I like Retro 51 pens a lot (I have a couple already, and they are great writers), and I liked this design. I consider turtles my lucky charm. This is becoming one of my favorite pens. It sits well in my hand, and it is a pleasure to write with it. And I love that a portion of the proceeds from the sale goes to sea turtles rescue!"

Can the rollerball refill be used in the ballpoint pen?
The Retro 51 capless rollerball refill is designed to fit their ballpoint pens. However, our Levenger capless rollerball refill will not fit Retro 51 ballpoints, as it is slightly longer than their standard refill.
How do I change the cartridge? I can’t get the top to come off. Is there a secret? I have a refill I want to use.
HI, The ballpoint pen refill is accessible by unscrewing the tip not the top of the pen. Once the tip is unscrewed the full refill will be available to be changed out.
