Broken & No Response For Help

"Received the Tree of Knowledge Phone Stand in the US mail broken at the base. Spent approximately 20 minutes on the telephone waiting for someone in customer service to pick up. I finally hung up. I sent 2 emails and pictures to LEVENGER customer service; NO RESPONSE. I sent an email and photo to LEVENGER customer service at the corporate level; NO RESPONSE. I finally boxed the broken phone stand back up in the LEVENGER Box I received in. I should have asked for a refund but I asked for a total replacement. Stay tuned. Levenger WILL NOT receive any more of my business."
