I want quality control back at Levenger!

"I lost my Mardi Gras pen. I bought a replacement, paid 30 dollars more than the first and was disappointed with the colors. My first pen had vibrant, contrasting colors. The replacement is darker and dull by comparison. Look at the pen color in the advt. ,then compare that with the video featuring the pen. Also the current website is a mess."
