Great pen, disappointing ink flow

"I absolutely adore the pen itself. Beautiful, balanced, solid quality. However, the ink is another matter. I always use blue ink, so I purchased blue refills at the same time. BOTH refills skip and have "dry spells" that would be unacceptable for a mass-produced store brand disposable pen. I am going to have to find compatible ink refills from another brand. I have not been able to contact customer service because I do not have an email address connected to my "mail" app and the site does not give Levenger's email address, just a form."
