"Beautiful tortoise shell pen. My first pen was skipping, I contacted customer service and they were able to replace with one that works flawlessly. Very satisfied with Levenger’s customer service. While this pen is nice, I do prefer the rollerball pens for a smooth writing experience."

"The first item on my oder was an engraved memory box and arrived on time as described. I am very happy with this part of the order. However, the second part of the order has still not been fulfilled. This was a very disappointing interaction with Levenger. The pen set I had ordered was backordered and it wasn’t stated on the website. Nobody emailed me. It was an engraved graduation gift and I still have not received it a week after the event. I called and asked customer service to expedite shipping because of the delay and they replied they could not. I have still not received the item. I expected more from a company that purports to care about its customer relations and quality of service."
