According to film industry creatives Joshua L. Ritter and Joe Salwen, authors of the Levenger Master Class How to Write a Screenplay workbook, note cards are an essential for keeping ideas flowing as you develop and outline your screen story, beat by beat. This set of 140 specially formatted index cards includes 70 Scene cards and 70 Notes cards. Configure and reconfigure your cards to test out your story and see how it flows.
Pro Tip: According to Josh and Joe, the best way to use your note cards is to group them by act. Set out your cards so that Acts I, II and III are separated visually allowing you to focus on each act independently. Learn more in their Master Class workbook.
